Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance Policy

At trizok.com, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the provisions of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content hosted on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA Takedown Notice to request its removal.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
If you are a copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content on Trizok.com infringes your copyrighted work, please provide the following information in writing:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work:
Clearly identify the copyrighted material you claim is being infringed. If multiple works are involved, you may provide a representative list.

2. Identification of the infringing material:
Provide the URL(s) or specific location(s) on Trizok.com where the allegedly infringing content is located. Include sufficient detail to allow us to locate the content.

3. Your contact information:
Include your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

4. A statement of good faith:
Include a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

5. A statement of accuracy:
Include a statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

6. Your physical or electronic signature:
Include your signature or the signature of a person authorized to act on your behalf.

 

Submitting a DMCA Notice
Send your DMCA Takedown Notice to the designated Copyright Agent at:

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
– Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
– Notify the user responsible for the material of the takedown.

 

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a ‘Counter-Notification’ to dispute the claim. Your counter-notice must include:

1. Identification of the material:
Describe the material removed or disabled and provide its location before removal.

2. Your contact information:
Include your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

3. A statement of good faith:
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

4. Consent to jurisdiction:
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your area (or where your address is located), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.

5. Your physical or electronic signature:
Include your signature or the signature of a person authorized to act on your behalf.

If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action against you within 10 business days.

Repeat Infringers
Trizok.com reserves the right to terminate user accounts or access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted material.
